MADE TO ORDER
Our products are made to order. This means production begins after your order has been placed.
Please allow time for both production and shipping.
PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times vary depending on the product and production facility.
During busy periods, launches, holidays or high order volumes, production may take longer than usual.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times depend on:
• Your delivery country
• The product ordered
• The production location
• The selected shipping method
• Carrier delays
Estimated delivery information is provided at checkout when available.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking may take some time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Products in the same order may sometimes be produced at different facilities.
As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different dates.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a free-shipping promotion applies.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
