WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All Dailova products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to production before being shipped.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and order volume.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has started.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Please check the size information shown on the individual product page before ordering.
Sizing may vary depending on the garment.
For a more oversized streetwear fit, you may prefer to size up.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Eligible returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
