EU / EEA RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please handle products only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.

Products should be returned in good condition.

Where permitted by law, we may account for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Certain products that are made according to a customer's specifications or are clearly personalised may not qualify for the standard right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

A product being produced after an order is placed does not by itself necessarily mean that it is legally considered personalised.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an eligible item.

Do not send returns directly to a production facility without receiving return instructions from us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

REFUNDS

The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
